Order Delivery

All orders are generally dispatched within 24hrs of confirmed payment of your order. Your order will be shipped via Post or Courier using either Standard Post (2-6days) or Express Post (1-3 Days) as selected at Checkout. Deliveries will be shipped from Bundaberg QLD.

All delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas postage fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Insurance or extra cover can be purchased by contacting us at: admin@southwoodsaddlery.com.au

Returns

At Southwood Saddlery Australia we understand that buying online presents challenges with getting sizes right. Please read the following policy to ensure you are aware of your rights under this policy.

Southwood Saddlery Australia returns policy is in addition to and includes your rights under Australian Consumer Law - please refer to http://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/repair-replace-refund.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of shipping of your item(s).

The item(s) must be returned to the address below within 14 days of an approved return request.

Exchange Returns:

We will exchange any item that is not the correct size with an item of the same style and type excluding any postage costs.

All items must be returned in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and labels.

Sale Items - We will accept sale items for exchange, however if the the exchange item is out of stock or no longer a stock item store a credit will be issued.

All other Returns:

Southwood Saddlery Australia will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:

  •           The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  •           The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  •           The product does not match the sample or our description;

Provided you can produce proof of purchase.

Southwood Saddlery Australia reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned products prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

  •           Any refunds will be issued using your original payment method
  •           All Refunds and Exchanges will be made excluding any postage, handling and packaging fees
  •           Exchange Vouchers/Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash
